Opportunity description
The Government requires business class wired Cable television (CATV) services and wired and wireless internet services IAW AR 25-1 for appropriated funds activities. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 517111, Wired Telecommunications Carriers, with a small business size of 1,500 employees.. The resultant BPAs will be Firm Fixed Price BPAs for a period of five years not to exceed May 31st, 2028. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement action, based on responses to this notice, is solely with the discretion of the Government.
