Using RFPSeek

RFPSeek helps businesses research federal opportunities, review matched award history, and track pursuits. Public search and notice pages do not require an account. Accounts store business profiles, watches, pursuit notes, and alert preferences. Paid features and prices are described when you purchase.

You must be authorized to use the service for your business and provide accurate account information. Protect your credentials and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Government information and your decisions

RFPSeek is an independent service and is not a government agency or endorsed by one. Government notices and award records can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Matching and eligibility explanations depend on the available evidence and the information you provide.

Check the issuing agency's solicitation, amendments, deadlines, and qualification requirements before acting. Alerts can be delayed or fail to arrive. RFPSeek does not guarantee eligibility, a complete list of opportunities, timely notification, or a contract award. Its explanations are research assistance, not legal or procurement advice.

Subscriptions, payments, and renewal

Stripe processes payments. Before you pay, checkout identifies your plan, price, currency, billing interval, and applicable taxes. Review those details and any renewal authorization before completing your purchase.

If you authorize automatic renewal, your subscription renews and your payment method is charged for the selected interval until you turn renewal off. If you do not authorize renewal, access ends after the purchased period unless you make another purchase.

Manage your subscription and renewal settings in Subscriptions. Changes to billing intervals or plans take effect at the time shown when you confirm the change. A failed payment can interrupt paid access. Contact support about a billing error.

Before changing prices or paid-service terms, we will explain when the change takes effect and any action needed to continue your subscription.

Cancellation, refunds, and deletion

Turning off renewal stops future renewals and leaves access available through the purchased period. It is different from deleting your account. Request account deletion in Settings. Deletion can wait until purchased access ends and billing is no longer ongoing.

You can stop alerts and remove watches while waiting for deletion. A Stripe error can prevent deletion from being scheduled or completed until billing can be checked.

We consider refund requests case by case. To request a refund or report a disputed charge, contact support@rfpseek.com. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law gives you.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of the information and notes you submit. You give RFPSeek permission to store, process, and deliver that content as needed to provide the features you request. Our privacy policy explains how we handle account information.

Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to access another account, bypass security or request limits, interfere with service availability, or submit content you are not authorized to share. Do not enter classified information or controlled unclassified information in pursuit notes or support messages.

Availability and ending access

We may change features, interrupt service for maintenance, or restrict accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms. We will provide notice where practical. Contact support if you believe a restriction was made in error.

RFPSeek cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Changes and contact

We will identify the effective date on this page and provide notice of material changes through the service or by email. Changes that require renewed agreement will be presented for your acceptance.
