Site Visit Information: The pre-proposal site visit is Thursday at 9:00 AM EST with the potential it will be extended to Friday as well as needed. Amendment 0002 is issued to correct site visit time from 9AM CST to 9AM EST and provide additional site visit information. Amendment 0003 is issued to establish two step design build procedures.
