Carville Job Corps Center – Caretaker Services The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Job Corps Acquisition Services (JCAS), is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for caretaker services at the Carville Job Corps Center in Louisiana.
This acquisition is set aside for eligible participants in the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program and will be conducted as an 8(a) competitive acquisition. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, and services required to maintain and protect the Carville Job Corps Center facilities and grounds.
Services include facility upkeep, grounds maintenance, site security, protection of Government property, and related caretaker support activities, as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Acquisition Information NAICS Code: 561210 – Facilities Support Services Product Service Code (PSC): Z1CA Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Set-Aside: 8(a) Competitive Place of Performance: Carville Job Corps Center, Louisiana Period of Performance Base Period: January 1, 2027 – December 31, 2027 Option Period 1: January 1, 2028 – June 30, 2028 Option Period 2: July 1, 2028 – December 31, 2028 Option Period 3: January 1, 2029 – June 30, 2029 Option Period 4: July 1, 2029 – December 31, 2029 The total anticipated period of performance, including all options, is 36 months.
Interested eligible 8(a) participants shall review the attached RFQ, PWS, and supporting solicitation documents for the complete requirements, quotation preparation instructions, evaluation criteria, and submission procedures.
Quotations must be submitted in accordance with the instructions and deadline established in the RFQ.
