Scope

Opportunity description

Amendment 01 (14-Oct-2026): The purpose of this amendment is to:

  1. Add attachment "Mortuary Services RFIs"
  2. Add updated attachment "Update 14 Oct - Mortuary Services PWS"
  3. Add updated attachment "Updated 14 Oct - Mortuary Services Price List"
  4. Add updated attachment "Updated 14 Oct - Mortuary Services Addendum to 52.212-1 & 52.212-2"
  5. Add updated attachment "Updated 14 Oct - Mortuary Services Supplemental Clauses"
  6. Updates provisions/clauses Mortuary Services BPA: Mortuary services for the embalming, restoration, other preparation, care, and disposition of remains of authorized personnel. The contractor shall provide licensed facilities, equipment, licensed funeral service practitioners, motor vehicles, professional services, supplies, death certificates, caskets, urns, outer shipping containers, transportation and perform hygienic practices. Questions are due on Oct. 13th, 2026 at 9:00M CST to alexander.kennison@us.af.mil and abigail.turek@us.af.mil. Responses are due on Oct. 16th, 2026 at 10:00AM CST to alexander.kennison@us.af.mil and abigail.turek@us.af.mil. Funeral home location MUST NOT exceed 50 miles from Little Rock AFB, AR.
