The Navy is now utilizing the Solicitation Portal within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) as an enterprise solution for soliciting and receiving proposals. All SEAPORT MAC holders will need to register PIEE accounts in order to now receive solicitations and submit proposals.10 March 2026- Revision 1 updates Industry Day information.

Capability Statments are no longer being accepted and were due 25 March 2026 at 12:00. Please see SeaPort Opportunity for original Sources Sought/RFI. UPDATE: Contract Type – The Government contemplates award with much of the effort being Firm Fixed Price (FFP), as well as minor Cost elements in order to comply with EO 14402.
Previous submittals should be revised to update the new contract type accordingly. If new vendors would like to express interest in this opportunity, please respond within ten (10) calendar days.
