Notice Type is a Pre-solicitation Synopsis. The Mission Installation Contracting Command - Knox intends to issue a Request for Quotations. The contractor shall provide boxed noon meals to applicants processing through the San Juan Military Entrance Processing Station located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement attached herein.
The period of performance is 1 November 2026, or date of contract award, whichever is later through 31 October 2027, with two one-year option periods. This solicitation is a 100 percent set-aside for small businesses.
NAICS code 722310 applies to this procurement. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will likewise be posted on this website.
Vendors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for contract award. Faxed quotes or amendments will not be accepted.
All quotes shall be submitted electronically via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment Solicitation Module. Offerors shall nominate a Proposal Manager in the PIEE Solicitation Module. The Proposal Manager shall respond and post quotes to this solicitation in the PIEE Solicitation Module.
