Scope
Opportunity description
Argonne intends to purchase 7,000 megawatt-hours (MWh) of RECs to offset electricity consumption for FY 2026 (October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026). RECs must be Green-E Certified. Generator must have been placed in service and RECs generated on or after October 1, 2010.
RECs must be delivered by November 19, 2027 electronically via e-mail. Please review the attached Statement of Work, complete the applicable documentation, and return your submission no later than 5:00pm CDT on November 12, 2026.

Complete and Return Proposal will be considered incomplete if any of the requested information, listed below, is not provided. Provide the following with your quotation:
- Signed Page one of the RFQ (ANL-70).
- Completed Representations and Certifications (ANL-70B).
