Interested offerors shall meet at Hidden Dam, Hensley Lake Project Office, 25207 Road 407, Raymond, CA 93653. Point of Contact for Site Visit is Douglas Plitt, (559) 831-7021. The purpose of the site visit is to familiarize offerors with the locations and conditions affecting contract performance. Offerors are responsible for all costs associated with attending the site visit. Failure to attend the site visit will not relieve the Contractor from performing all requirements of the contract. All questions for this solicitation must be submitted in writing, via email, to the POC’s listed below. All questions must be submitted 10 days prior to the quote due date. Friday, August 14, 2026, at 11:00AM is the cut off for questions to be accepted. No additional questions will be accepted after this date.
