In support of these operations at BEP's District Currency Facility (ECF), located in Washington, DC. The BEP, Office of Quality Operations (OQO) has a need for a new Video Spectral Comparator (VSC) (also referred to as instrument, equipment, or system within the text of this SOW). The Office of Quality Operations Analytical and Method Development Division(OQO/AMDD) of BEP has a requirement for a VSC. The VSC has capabilities that include document and security features imaging and hyperspectral analyses which is useful for all the divisions within the OQO and the Office of Quality Engineering & Management. This instrument will assist in the imaging and analysis of the Catalyst family of notes in addition to defects seen in production.
