Opportunity description
The purpose of this contract is to secure professional architectural and engineering design services to support the Facilities Management Office (FAC) in Bogotá. The Contractor shall deliver innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable design solutions that comply with the Department of State's operational, safety, and environmental standards, while also adhering to local cultural heritage regulations. Please be aware that open Solicitations will officially published at SAM https://sam.gov/ and the U.S. Embassy Bogotá at https://co.usembassy.gov/es/contratacion/ The Government intends to award a Contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable list of prices. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. Offerors are encouraged to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting their quotations/proposals. Registration in SAM is not required at the time of proposal submission.
